Despite the blizzard the day before, we had a great turn out for Ce's birthday party. She was thrilled by the idea of the party and has been counting down for awhile now. The theme was Buzz Lightyear (the cake) and Scooby Doo (the plates and napkins). It's fun to see that she is still at an age where she would prefer to play with each present after it has been opened rather than moving on to the next one. Some interesting things I learned from Ce about your birthday:
- the more people you have at your party means more presents.
- when you blow out your candles, you actually turn older. She blew out her candles and said, "Now I'm four!!"
- if you whisper a secret to someone, it is still a secret.
