Welcome Clarice Patricia Elliott to the family. She arrived on Feb 7, 2011 at 8:13 am. She came in weighing 8 lbs 5 oz, 21" long. Ce is thrilled - and so are her folks. Mark thinks she looks just like Cecelia did when she was born, but mom thinks Clarice has her own looks. Time will tell how much Cece and Reese look alike.
